Adebayo Akeem Abiodun, born on October 2nd, 1974, in Lagos. Nigeria. A distinguished executive with extensive expertise in accounting and financial management. He holds a First degree in Accounting from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, and an MBA in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Oyo State. Mr. Adebayo is an esteemed fellowship member of several professional bodies, including the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Association of Certified Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria; He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Management Consultant, Certified member of the Board of Administrators of Nigeria. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Information systems Auditor respectively.
With over 17 years of experience in auditing and taxation across both public and private sectors, Mr. Adebayo has demonstrated exceptional financial acumen and leadership. His career has been marked by significant roles such as Principal Partner at Feboct Consult, Managing Partner at Omotayo Ojora & Partner, Financial Analyst at NLP Nig Ltd, Director at Urbanways Group of Companies and Cardinaledge Ltd respectively These positions have honed his skills in strategic financial planning, organizational management, and stakeholder engagement.
